At some point, you have a bowl of ice cream or a piece of cheesecake. You have broken your diet. You define the event as a failure. This confirms what you already "know" about yourself. You are a failure at controlling your weight. Mindful Weigh technology acknowledges that you cannot achieve success in an arena in which you define yourself as a failure.
