Each legislative session since 1999, Registered Dieticians (RD's) in Texas have introduced legislation that will negatively affect your freedom to choose from a wide range of practioners when seeking nutritional advice. In essence, these bills make it illegal to offer nutritional advice for a fee if the professional does not hold a license as a Registered Dietician.
